شروط والتفاصيل: PACS engineer job de******ion To support the expansion plans in company Picture Archiving Communication Systems’ Healthcare IT systems (abbreviated PACS) customers, our company intends to recruit highly talented PACS engineers with the right attitude to play a major role in a newly established business unit. You will be required to configure, implement and support fully networked PACS applications both remotely and directly at customer sites around Saudi Arabia. Role: • Performing site surveys to study new customer requirements and plan the right configuration for PACS purchased components (Hardware, software and network). • Answering technical RFPs and conducting technical demo presentations. • Provide on-site support for installations & upgrade activities of PACS systems. • Trouble shooting PACS reported problems and providing first line support to solve such problems. • Coordinate with PACS manufacturer and correspond by filling failure reports. • Following-up failure reports status and escalate unresolved cases. • Respond to customer new enhancement SW/HW requirements by preparing technical proposals coordinating with PACS manufacturer. • Coordinate with HIS product manager to configure/support integration between RIS and PACS. Qualifications: • 4-5 years previous experience in implementing/supporting and installing PACS systems is a must. • Networking qualification (MCP, MCSE, CISCO or CCNA qualified is preferred). • Experience in configuring microsoft ******s server. • Medical equipment and radiology modalites technical background. • Knowledge of UNIX is a credit. • Customer oriented communication skills. • Good presentation skills in both languages. • Team oriented, analytic thinking and dedicated efforts are needed.
