More Moo Cards stuff good ، More Moo Cards stuff good

So, last week I posted a review on my blog along the same lines as the thread I posted in here about my Moo Cards "experience". Got 30-40 hits in a day, then it died down.

Then over the weekend, I had another spike in my Analytics. The weird thing about it though, it was about 40 hits over a 2 day spread… and more than half the hits were from London, England where Moo is based. Didn’t think anything of it and just passed it off as a "Hey look, they noticed".

Then today on my way to work, I get the following email.

The reason why I am contacting you today is partly in response to your blog comments, and partly to the original issue that I worked with you on. We are currently working with our developers and technical graphics team to iron out some technical processes that may be the reason for the pixelated raster graphics. I was hoping you would be able to send me your most original PSD or EPS files that you were working with. Also, I was hoping you could send me the exact file that you uploaded to our website when you first attempted to order with us. We would like both instances of the file, so we may test some new processes that we believe will fix this issue at its ‘root’.

I thank you in advance, for your cooperation and look forward to hearing back from you!

I guess it could be a good or bad thing – and I haven’t replied yet – but I posted the same thread as I posted here on Fred Miranda forums and it seems others have the same issue as mine w/ the 300dpi JPEG thing. I just find it pretty neat that they actually care what others write about them and they take the time to follow up and try to correct the problem. I like them for being proactive in the problem and trying to solve it. Hell… maybe I’ll get free cards from them. :x:

If this turns out to be something really positive, I’ll still do business w/ them and send them as many people as I know.

Just thought I’d share this w/ you boys & girls.
