A corpse was found in a village of Bandung, Java on 26th, November, which shocked the locals greatly.
It was in the morning when an old man went to an abandoned well to take some water for livestock. He was a bit confused about the weight of the water he took before he found a plastic bag. To his surprise, there was half human body with two legs inside!
Later the other half body was found by policemen in another abandoned well at 1:00pm. According to the judicial doctor, it was a woman who was about 20 years old.
Police found some clues from the corpse.1. Since the suspect could put the victim to two wells which were abandoned in the same village, he must be familiar with the village very much; 2. The victim wore a T-shirt which was from abroad couldn’t be found in the local malls, so the murderer may have some business relationship with outside, or at least had some contacts outside.
Since the village was small, the police confirmed 6 suspects from the village and went to probe into them. From one man’s laptop they found an important website wholesale-dress.net whose merchandise had the same style with the victim’s T-shirt. So they immediately called the manager fromwholesale-dress.net. The manager checked the photo and the selling data to Indonesia, at last confirmed that the victim’s T-shirt was bought from his company. And all the information was just in accord with that man, such as name, address telephone number and so on.
The police soon captured the man. The man finally confessed the whole process of the murder. He killed the woman, cut her body into 2 halves and then threw them to the well. What he did was all because the woman was pregnant.
According to his account, the victim became his mistress 2 years ago. He paid all her expenditure and gave her money regularly. But their relationship went worse when the woman was pregnant and wanted marriage. They fought a lot everyday on this issue and the woman always said that she would go to tell his wife and colleagues, which worried him a lot. He didn’t want all his life, family and career were ruined because of her. At last, he killed her one night when they fought again.
He thought the well was abandoned for long time and what he did would be in complete secrecy, but justice had long arms.
