me and my fiance are trying to find a place to print our save the dates that we made. can anyone recommend a place online where we can upload our design and have it printed on quality stock?

we can’t find much on google and would like your guys’ opinion since we don’t recognize any of the companies that say they can do what we need.

our other option is to get it done at kinkos :ugh:

Hey guys, I recently moved from NY to CA (drove across, pics to come). I packed my computer in a box along with my clothes but made sure to bring all my externals with me. All my info for LR and all my photos are on my externals so I figured it was the smarter thing to do. Unfortunately when I ran LR all my edits are gone. Even the photos weren’t on there…I had to drag all of 2024 in. Do you guys know what could be wrong? I backed up my catalog into a HD before I left so I can locate it easily

Any tips/precautions you can share?

This will be my first "winter experience" in my new photography hobby. I’ve already seen the effects of condensation when you take your camera from the warm house/car to the cold outside elements…

Any tips to avoid this? Do you just leave your camera in a cooler area for awhile before you start shooting? How cold can the camera get without damage? Any precautions when you come back inside?

Someone told me to put the camera inside a plastic zip lock back when you come back inside. Then, as the camera warms up, the condensation will settle on the plastic bag, rather than inside/around the camera. Then you take the camera out of the bag and it is dry.

Any precautions you should take if you need to change lenses? Don’t want moisture in my camera body…obviously.

The Christmas spider, (Austracantha minax) also known as the Jewel spider.

These little guys are so cool! They make their web invisible like most webs, but they deliberately make the support lines visible so larger animals will see them and go around! Beautiful and smart too! Just like my wife.

Hopefully this isn’t a stupid question, I just noticed that when I tilt my lens back and forth, it sounds like there’s something that came loose inside and moving independently. It’s my only zoom lens so I don’t know if that’s normal. It’s also the Non-VC copy. It doesn’t appear to be affecting IQ or AF ability and I’ve never dropped my camera/lens either.
