The problem that I’m having is that I want to explore new products for clients, but have a hard time explaining to them how great of a quality the product is. There is a thread on here just recently about photo boxes from WHCC.
I know my clients would love something like that, but I wouldn’t even know how to start that conversation. I’ve always said, I’m love photography, but absolutely hate the selling process. Usually, clients want to see samples and I always feel that showing them a picture of what a certain album or photo box MAY look like is a turn off and I lose that sale and the chance to try something new.
Please share some of your tips on how you handle sales. What is your process from the initial email and onwards? I know I can do better in sales, but I suck at being a salesman.
