Specifically if I am shooting in mid day sun, can I use the two 600ws strobes to overpower the sun, the same way that I can use the one 1200ws strobe to overpower the sun?
Lets just say I can shoot at f/18 at full power on the 1200ws with one strobe pointed at the model, can I shoot at f/18 with a 600ws strobe on each side of the model?

Also, please keep in mind, this is a photography contest, not a photoshop contest. While I encourage you to edit your photo’s, please don’t take it over the top.

Themes will not always be cut and dry. Since this is to help spur our creative juices, some of the themes will be open for interpretation.

I have a Mac and use iphotos to organize my family photos. I like how you can designate a ******** for each event and then it shows up on a map. It’s neat to see all the places you have been.

I’m looking for a photo sharing site that has something similar. Ideally the main page would have the map and you could see where all the photos were taken.

Any suggestions?

I used to use Picasa a long time ago. Haven’t checked it out lately. I know a lot of people on here use Flickr.

I also want to make sure that I can keep the photo gallery "private" but still have the ability to share publically certain pictures of galleries. For example if I want to post a few pics in here, or send a link to a friend, etc.

there is a local 40d for sale, I have been tempted by 40ds since I got my XS, as they are so much more comfortable to use..

other than, build quality, comfort, Iso, af points, etc… :mamoru: why would one upgrade to a 40d from an XS!? 😮

such a tough decision, hell i even feel like i can sell the XS and break even.. what do the pros think?

GF is a photographer and got me this little thing. How i did not know about this before amazes me since it’s AWESOME. i’ve never seen anyone that has one. built like a tank and looks cute in my pelican case :rofl:
