OTAP is always ballin’ unlike me :hs:
However I’ve spent my coin on other **** and am after some wireless triggers. I watched OneLight Workshop, got me thinking into getting a 2nd hand old school flash for $10, and some triggers to practice more.

Yongnuo RF-602 Remote Flash Trigger $60.
Any one use these? any limitations/problems that I’ll encounter? i’m not going for rapid fire, so even if its 2/3 2nd recycle I’d be ok. I’ve found a flickr thread but this was about the old model 🙁

it was 95 degrees and in midday sun, and really fucking windy 😮

left; jinbei rd1200 with 90cm octa
middle; two quadra rx’s with standard reflectors
right; ranger rx with 150cm midi octa on the right
all at full power

triggered with elinchrom skyports, pocketwizard tt5 and phottix atlas (a bit of a mess lol) :rofl:

Any suggestions/thoughts? I’ve been looking mostly at the SB-600, but I’m not sure if the 800 is HUGE step up worth the extra money. Right now I’m not doing a ton of indoor stuff but if I end up expanding a bit I don’t want to have to upgrade in a year.

Picked up a 580 EX II today for my 5DM2, now I need to learn some tricks of the flash photography trade. Any recommended books? I think Im going to get Mastering Canon EOS Flash Photography. Any one read it? How is it? Thanks!
